Our aim is to establish enduring relationships with our clients and to render efficient and effective professional services that are based on a relationship of mutual trust.
Once we have established our working relationship with our clients, our service delivery approach focuses on providing broad based support without necessarily requiring formal, specific and detailed instructions in all instances. Examples of this service delivery approach include frequently providing telephonic assistance and advice where an official written opinion would be excessive.

We are committed to ensuring the protection of information and retaining confidentiality of all the necessary matters of our clients and protecting the best interest of our clients bearing in mind the privileged nature of communications between an Attorney and Client.
Skills Transfer
We are committed to providing assistance in the skills transfer/continuing education process for Municipal staff members. The Firm adopts a mentoring approach for both professional and administrative staff without our clients, specifically relating to implementation of legal actions aligned with instructions that are received from a Municipality.
